Unlimited access to the fitness centre is included with your membership or paid daily admission.

Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday 6 a.m. until 9 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.
Sunday 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.
Stats & Holidays 11 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Fitness Centre Equipment & Amenities

The Flaman Fitness Facility is equipped with state-of-the-art fitness and weight training equipment:

  • Cardio Equipment
    We offer treadmills, elliptical and recumbent bikes with touch-screen LCD displays, USB and iPod connectivity.
  • Specialized Strength Training and Free Weights
    Muscle group specific resistance equipment includes multiple cable motion function training stations.

Basic Requirements

  • Users must be a minimum of 14 years of age in order to access the fitness centre.
  • Please keep in mind this is a family facility and wear appropriate clothing (non-skid, indoor closed-toe footwear and comfortable fitness clothing).

Fitness Programs

Fitness Classes

  • Join us for a variety of drop in and registered fitness classes. Drop in classes are included in daily admission or your facility membership!
  • We also run specialty fitness classes such as Zumba, Women’s Self Defense, SRI SRI Yoga, TRX, and spin classes. These are registered fitness classes and have limited spots and/or require specialized certifications to be taught. Don’t wait to register- classes could be filled or cancelled if you wait too long.
  • Manluk Centre Monthly/Annual Members save %15 on Registered Fitness Class registration!
    • Members: $80
    • Non-members: $110
    • Registered Class Drop In fee: $14 (subject to availability)
